Prime Minister Anwar to Deliver National Day Address at MAEPS Today

KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim will deliver the National Day “Amanat Perdana” address at 11 a.m. today at the Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS).

In a Facebook post on Friday, Anwar said the address goes beyond a ceremonial speech, serving as a platform to reflect on the nation’s struggles, inspire patriotism, and strengthen Malaysia’s resolve for a brighter future.

More than 4,000 attendees are expected, including civil servants, members of uniformed bodies, educators from schools and universities, students, youth, trade union representatives, entrepreneurs, cooperatives, and small traders.

The event will be broadcast live on major channels such as RTM, Media Prima, Astro Awani, Bernama TV, TVS, and TV AlHijrah, as well as through Facebook Live and other social media platforms.

This year’s National Day celebration will take place at Dataran Putrajaya with the theme “Malaysia MADANI: Rakyat Disantuni.”
