“The electrical, electronic and optical products subsector recorded a 3.1 per cent increase in the number of establishments compared with 2022, in line with initiatives under the 13th Malaysia Plan (13MP), which emphasises the development of high-growth, high-value (HGHV) industries as one of the country’s strategic focus areas,” it said.
