‘The Next Supermokh’ will be broadcast on RTM starting June 1, remembering Azraai Khor
ALOR SETAR: The Pre-Viewing Party of the Football Reality Program “The Next Supermokh” at House Of Sang Kenari, Alor Setar today took place in a state of excitement and sadness when seeing the main character in this program, the late head coach Mohd Azraai Khor Abdullah.
The Pre-Watch Ceremony of the first episode of The Next Supermokh program is also in memory of the appreciation of the late Mohd Azraai in this program.
The ceremony was attended by the program’s management team and coaches, the deceased’s widow and family and close friends as well as Kedah football fans.
The Next Supermokh is the First Football Reality program on RTM.
This 60-minute program for 13 episodes will be broadcast on RTM starting 1 June 2024 (every Saturday at 4pm and repeated on Thursdays at 9.00pm).
This reality program that ends in March 2023 in Thailand is led by coach, Mohd Azraai Khor Abdullah and this is the final touch that is very valuable from the late in his contribution to unearthing young football talent throughout the country.
Today’s ceremony started with tahlil for the deceased who died in early February.
It was then followed by the broadcast of The Next Supermokh program which aired for the first episode on RTM.
When the face and glimpse of the deceased appeared on the screen, all the attendees looked sad.
The family of the deceased and some of his close friends were also seen shedding tears.
The Technical Director of Kedah Darul Aman FC, Nelson San Martin, who was very close to the late Azraai when he was in the team that won the “Double Treble” in 2007 & 2008, was also present at this event with his family and looked sad when he saw the late Azrai’s display.
Also present in this program are all the coaches involved in this talent search program that took place at the beginning of last year.
They are goalkeeper coach, Ahmad Sobri Ismail, assistant coach, Raja Shaharul Amri Raja Adzhar, Technical Director, Haji Mohd Fuad Abdullah and Program Director, Dato’ Jasni Shafie.

This 60-minute program for 13 Episodes is broadcast on RTM on HD Sports Channel starting 1 June 2024. Broadcast every Saturday (at 4.00 pm) and Thursday at 9.00 pm (repeat broadcast).
More than 1500 players participated in tests in four zones across the country and 36 players were selected for central training before forming a squad of 18 players who were brought to Thailand to participate in international exposure training and a match against the academy team of Thai League 1 club, PT Prachuap FC.
“We are proud of this young talent search program. Even more proud is that some of the players selected and polished by Coach Azraai have earned a place in the President’s and Youth Cup teams of clubs in the country such as Melaka, Perlis and Perak,” said the director and producer of the program , Datuk Jasni Shafie.
He, who also looked sad in this ceremony, expressed that all the guidance and guidance given by the late Azraai in this program will be a legacy and a useful guide that will be watched by all football fans, especially young players.
“It will be a very valuable documentation for future generations because in this program the deceased shared all the knowledge that has been passed down to the players under his guidance,” said Jasni who is also an experienced journalist and sports commentator.
