RIYADH||July 2: Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman received Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah on Wednesday, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The visit marks President Prabowo’s first official trip to Saudi Arabia since assuming office. The leaders discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations and expand cooperation in various sectors, including trade, investment, energy, and Islamic affairs.
During the meeting, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to enhancing ties between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Indonesia, two of the largest economies in the Muslim world.
The discussions also touched on regional and international developments of mutual interest, as well as efforts to promote stability and prosperity across the Islamic world.
Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman hosted an official reception in honor of President Prabowo, reflecting the strong and longstanding relationship between the two nations.
