CYBERJAYA: Malaysia will decide on the next steps following the International Court of Justice (ICJ) ruling that Israel’s occupation of Palestinian territories violates international law.

According to Berita Harian, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim stated that proposals and considerations related to this issue will be brought to the Cabinet Meeting on Wednesday.

“Regarding the ICJ ruling, Malaysia certainly supports the decision. This is because the ruling is based on clear facts about Israel’s ongoing violence and cruelty.

“Therefore, we will review the proposals and the implications of this decision at the Cabinet Meeting on Wednesday.

“We will make a final decision on how to align with the ICJ, condemn, and take action against Israel,” he said after launching the National Month and Jalur Gemilang 2024 event here today.
