PUTRAJAYA: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim reminded all parties not to over-debate the Blackrock polemics linked to the Israeli regime to the detriment of national interests.

Berita Harian reported, the Prime Minister said, it is because the government’s stance on the issue of Gaza and Palestine is very clear and significant compared to other countries.

“The stance on Gaza, in history and compared to other countries, we are among the most clear and strict, do not demand more than that, we are a developing country, we see the level of our capabilities, not because of greed, we want to show greatness, we damage the interests country.

“Every time I do (visits abroad), when speaking in front of (President of the United States) Joe Biden and other statesmen, I defend this principle, I want (our) people to be safe and the people to be assured of their position,” he said.

He said this while delivering a message at the Monthly Assembly with Members of the Prime Minister’s Department (JPM) here, today.
