MONTEVIDEO: Saudi Arabia’s newly appointed Ambassador to Uruguay, Sultan Al-Muzaini, formally presented his credentials to President Yamandu Orsi on Friday during an official ceremony at the presidential palace in Montevideo.
Al-Muzaini conveyed greetings from King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, along with their wishes for continued progress and prosperity for the Uruguayan people. In response, President Orsi extended his greetings to the Saudi leadership.
During the meeting, Orsi praised the strong ties between Saudi Arabia and Uruguay and expressed hope for further development of bilateral relations. He also wished Ambassador Al-Muzaini success in carrying out his diplomatic mission in the South American nation.
