D.O. of K-pop boyband EXO will embark on his first solo tour, titled “BLOOM” in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: On August 17, D.O. from the K-pop boyband EXO will be performing in Kuala Lumpur as part of his first BLOOM Asia Fan Concert Tour.

The singer, who is 31 years old, last visited Malaysia in July 2018 as a member of the EXO PLANET #4 The ElyXiOn Tour.

Fans will get the opportunity to see D.O. up close and personal and appreciate the singer’s talents thanks to an event organised by UnUsUal Entertainment.

Beginning June 8, 2024, in Seoul, the BLOOM Asia tour will visit Taipei, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Bangkok, Singapore, and other locations.

The singer, real name Doh Kyung-soo, released his second mini album, Expectation, on September 18, 2023, under his previous label, SM Entertainment. This coincides with the announcement of the tour.

On October 18, 2023, the singer announced his departure from SM Entertainment and joined forces with Company SooSoo to pursue his solo endeavours while remaining an EXO member.

D.O. is now working on his third solo album, which is scheduled to be released in the first half of 2024, according to a January 2024 source from Company SooSoo, as reported by Soompi.

D.O. has been planning fan events and concerts since joining his new agency. He has also started to represent the skincare line Dermatory.
