PUTRAJAYA: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is worried about the political environment of hate that is getting thicker in this country until the facts are getting ignored.

Berita Harian reported, the Prime Minister said, whatever the government does will be criticized and condemned to the fullest.

“It is not easy in this country because the politics of hatred is too thick, not taking a salary is insulted, fighting corruption firmly is also insulted, both with Hamas are also insulted, with Blackrock they say they are Jewish agents, the facts are not taken into account at all.

“So what is being said is hatred, should this bother us? No,” he said.

He said this when he delivered his message at the Monthly Assembly with members of the Ministry of Finance here, today.

Taking the example of the government’s fight against corruption, Anwar said that the effort was not seen to have the support of a few parties, including among the opposition Members of Parliament.

“There are many who condemn this act of corruption even though everyone knows that there are some cases, people have known for decades, collecting billions of money in the country, abroad, no one dares to touch it.

“When we touch it, no one supports it because of its vast influence and funds. I have no choice, we hold the trust, so that we can ensure that the country’s income grows,” he said.

In the meantime, the Prime Minister asked the young people to help raise the country’s dignity because Malaysia has high potential.

He said, as a representative of the older generation, he has high ambitions and confidence.

“I want to continue serving for the next generation of our children and grandchildren to be more assured that this country will be elevated to its dignity and I have very high confidence.

“As a parent, I can only call on you to do something to ensure that we rise to this level, that’s all,” he said.
