Aliff Aziz sends birthday wishes and apology to Ruhainies

KUALA LUMPUR: Actor and singer Aliff Aziz, 33, extended birthday wishes to his close friend and fellow artist Nur Ruhainies Farehah Zainul Ilyas, also known as Ruhainies, recently. Ruhainies, who turned 32 on Saturday, received a bouquet of red roses from Aliff as part of her birthday celebration.

Aliff conveyed his wishes and apologies through an Instagram Story, expressing his hopes for Ruhainies’ continued happiness. “Happy birthday! May your special day be filled with blessings and joy. I hope you receive all the good things you deserve. I apologize for anything that has happened,” he wrote.

The post included emojis of red roses and doves, along with a photo of Aliff and Ruhainies from their time filming the drama *Terjerat*, where they appeared together. The two have been friends for a decade.

In March, Aliff and Ruhainies made headlines when they were found together in a luxury residence in Kuala Lumpur by the Federal Territory Islamic Religious Department (Jawi). Their case is still under review at the Federal Territories Syariah High Court.

Earlier this year, Aliff finalized his divorce from his ex-wife and fellow artist Bella Astillah on July 14. The couple shares two children, Ayden Adrean, 7, and Ara Adreanna, 4.
