KUALA LUMPUR: The auction price for the luxury bungalow of entrepreneur Muhammad Sajjat Kamaruz Zaman, also known as Nur Sajat, has been reduced to RM4.21 million by the bank.

A recent update from a real estate agent revealed that the price cut was prompted by the lack of interest during the previous auction in May, where the starting price was RM4.68 million.

“The auction initially began at RM4.68 million but received no bids. The bank has now reduced the price to RM4.21 million,” the post explained.

The agent noted that Nur Sajat had originally sought RM9 million for the property before relocating to Australia. The two-storey bungalow, located in Section 10, Petaling Jaya, features six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and covers 11,093 square feet.

The next auction is set for September 2.

Earlier, Nur Sajat confirmed the auction through a TikTok video, stating that she decided to remain in Australia and had already sold off all her assets, including her car and business in Malaysia.
