KUALA LUMPUR: A total of 200 students from Bandar Tun Razak received early education assistance yesterday from the wife of the Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Dr. Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.
According to the Wilayahku portal, the students who received the aid had previously participated in a workshop for the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examinations in Bandar Tun Razak and achieved excellent results.

As a Member of Parliament for Bandar Tun Razak, she made these remarks during the Early Education Assistance Presentation Ceremony at the Dewan Mestika, Kuala Lumpur City Hall Training Institute (IDB).
According to Wan Azizah, the assistance is provided to children in the Bandar Tun Razak constituency to help ease their burden in their pursuit of knowledge up to higher education.
“I would like to thank everyone involved, directly or indirectly, in making yesterday’s event a success. May we all be blessed with goodness in this world and the hereafter,” she said.
Meanwhile, the Prime Minister’s Political Secretary, Datuk Azman Abidin, stated that the government places great importance on education in building knowledgeable individuals.
He mentioned that priority is given to the children of Bandar Tun Razak in their quest for knowledge up to higher education.
“I would like to thank Yayasan Bank Rakyat, the Bandar Tun Razak Parliamentary Office, and Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) for playing a crucial role in yesterday’s event. I hope this assistance will help support the education of the students,” he said.
