Malaysia’s Queen of Rock, Ella is back with the Rockestra Concert on August 9

KUALA LUMPUR: On August 9, Malaysian rock star Ella will perform in a special concert after making waves with her Jilid Akhir: Ella Puteri Kota concert tour.

This time, the Sembilu singer will perform for two and a half hours at Plenary Hall, KLCC, with the support of fifteen professional symphony members.

The performance, dubbed the Jilid Rockestra Ella: Rockers Juga Manusia, will contain some surprises and guest performers, and Ella will be performing 25 of her greatest hits.

Hitman Solutions is coordinating the concert with Ella’s RockQueen team.

CEO of Hitman Solutions Rohit Rampal stated that the reason they decided to give Ella another concert was because local fans had expressed a strong desire for it.

Hitman Solutions collaborated with Ella on four of her most recent Jilid Akhir: Ella Puteri Kota concerts, including the one in Kuala Lumpur that broke the record for the most tickets sold in a single day when 10,000 were purchased.

Ella, whose real name is Nor Zila Aminuddin, revealed that her next concert will be directed by Datuk Hashridz Murshim Hassim (Datuk’ Acis), the music director. Ella noted that her previous performance with an orchestra was in 2017.

“This performance combines two things that are very important to me: I get to spend more time with my amazing fans and it’s a more intimate show.
