KEADILAN Putrajaya Chief appointed Deputy Chairman of Federal Territories MPN

KUALA LUMPUR – Former National Mosque Imam Muhammad Fikri Abdul Aziz has been appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the Federal Territories State Leadership Council (MPN).

Muhammad Fikri, who also serves as the Chief of KEADILAN’s Putrajaya division, received the appointment as recognition of his leadership in the fields of religion, education, and community development, particularly within the Federal Territories.

According to KEADILAN Putrajaya Information Chief Mohd Hafiz Osman, the appointment reflects Fikri’s extensive experience in engaging with diverse communities and his respected service as a religious figure.

As Deputy Chairman, Muhammad Fikri will play a key role in coordinating policies, monitoring the implementation of development programs, and contributing to strategic planning aimed at enhancing socioeconomic progress and community well-being in the region.

“The focus will also include inclusive and sustainable high-impact development, in line with the Malaysia MADANI framework,” the statement added.

KEADILAN believes that Fikri’s combined background in religious affairs, political involvement, and community engagement will strengthen the MPN’s efforts to drive holistic and integrated development across the Federal Territories.
