JPN Selangor Provides Psychosocial Support to School Community in Hulu Selangor

SHAH ALAM: The Selangor State Education Department (JPN) is providing psychosocial support services to the school community in Hulu Selangor following the discovery of one of its teachers found dead yesterday.

JPN Selangor in a statement said full cooperation is also being given to the police investigation.

The department also gave assurance that the main focus at this time is to ensure the best assistance is given to the victim’s family.

“We are saddened and extend our condolences to the teacher’s family. May they be given patience and strength in facing this trial,” the department said in a statement today.

Earlier, media reported that a teacher from a school was found dead.

Hulu Selangor District Police Chief, Superintendent M Manimaran said his department received an emergency call at 7.15 am.

He said the incident involved a woman in her 30s.
