Amsterdam is ready to carry out the ICC’s order to arrest Netanyahu

The Netherlands is ready to carry out the ICC’s arrest order against Netanyahu if necessary, according to a story from the Dutch news agency ANP, which cited the country’s foreign minister Caspar Veldkamp.

Nos reported that Veldkamp said in the House of Representatives that the Israeli leader would be arrested if he came to the Netherlands.

In addition, the Netherlands will not have any “non-essential” contact with Netanyahu, Gallant, and Deif, all of whom were also given arrest warrants today by the ICC.

“The Netherlands fully complies with the Rome Statute,” the foreign minister said.

The three people must be arrested if they go to a country that signed the Rome Statute or is a member of the ICC.
