2TM Program offers a 60% discount, ensures a fast and seamless transaction, and leaves customers satisfied
Visitors invaded the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) summons check and payment counter since it opened this morning,’selling’ it. This occurred in response to the MADANI Government’s Two-Year Program (2TM) at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center, which has offered a summons discount of up to 60%.
The majority of BERNAMA’s visitors expressed that they shouldn’t pass up this opportunity, especially since the current discount is higher than the 50% offered previously. This will enable them to resolve the suit without “deepening their pockets.”
Norhayati Razali, 38, commended the management for their ability to ensure that all affairs ran efficiently and swiftly despite the crowds queuing up. She also appreciated the location selection, which allowed her to wait in a comfortable, air-conditioned area.
“Myself, the company, and a friend quickly resolved the suit.” Occasionally, we fail to recognize the legal action against us, and when we try to make a payment, we face financial difficulties. With this opportunity, we are no longer obligated to comply with the suit.
“Consequently, the total cost of the suit for the three parties is RM2,500, but I only paid RM1,000 due to the discount we received.” Therefore, I am relieved, as I have yet to receive payment,” he stated today.
Even though he was initially concerned about the number of individuals waiting for their turn, former educator C Rajah, 67, praised the initiative of creating 25 counters for the review and payment of summons, with seven of them dedicated to the elderly, expectant mothers, and people with disabilities (OKU). This initiative has successfully resolved the situation.
“After arriving at 9:20 a.m., I paid for all two suits in less than two hours, totaling RM100.” Credit cards are also an option for payment, which is convenient given that many individuals prefer not to carry currency.
“The location of 2TM is advantageous because there are numerous public transportation alternatives.” He stated, “I utilize the Mass Transit Transit (MRT) because it is more convenient and the fare is affordable.” He expressed his optimism that the program would persist in order to alleviate the financial burden of the populace.
Additionally, senior citizen Zaidi Muhammad, 62, used the discount offer to settle his son’s five lawsuits, totaling RM260, for parking outside the designated space.
Furthermore, he described the matter as “very satisfactory” because it took less than an hour to complete, which was significantly different from his initial expectation that he would be able to return home after the Friday Prayer.
The 2TM Program, which began today and ran for three days, was themed around “MADANI in the Heart, People Disantuni.” Payment counters are summoned between fillings.
Additionally, 2TM will conduct the 2024 Civil Service Reform National Convention, which starts tomorrow. The convention will span two days.
