A residence in PPR Gombak Setia caught fire

KUALA LUMPUR: A residence was involved in a fire at PPR Gombak Setia, Selangor, early this morning.

According to the Wilayahku portal, the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) stated that the incident is believed to have occurred at around 6 a.m. involving unit number 43-10-15.

“Monitoring results indicate that the fire completely destroyed the unit, which was occupied by a woman and her three children.

“In addition, the fire also affected the electricity supply to three other units, and one unit sustained damage as a result of the incident,” it said.

The statement further noted that the incident also caused damage to the walls of the walkway and the ceiling of the 10th-floor corridor, but no fatalities were reported.
