Zaliha focuses on mapping all visitable destinations in Sekijang

KUALA LUMPUR: Dr. Zaliha Mustafa, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territories), said she will focus on mapping all key destinations that can be visited in the Sekijang parliamentary constituency.

According to the Wilayahku portal, she mentioned that as the Member of Parliament for Sekijang, one of the locations included in the map will be Segamat Street.

Zaliha stated that she will consistently focus on the tourism industry in Sekijang.

“Last year, I officially launched Segamat Street as one of the tourism products in the Sekijang constituency, offering various activities such as bazaars, cultural performances, arts, and local food and traditions.

“Last night, at the same place, Segamat Street, I attended the Lantern Festival, which is also part of the effort to promote local arts, culture, and heritage,” she said on Facebook.

According to Zaliha, 25 NGOs were involved in the lantern exhibition held yesterday.
