Talian Kasih joins efforts to locate missing six-year-old girl in Johor

JOHOR BARU: The Talian Kasih helpline is now assisting in the search for the missing six-year-old Albertine Leo Jia Hui.

Khairin-Nisa Ismail, Johor’s Chairman of the Women’s Family and Community Development Committee, announced that she has instructed all relevant government agencies to publicize the case widely.

“The public can reach out to Talian Kasih at 15999 or via WhatsApp at 019-2615999, or they can contact the nearest District Social Welfare Office,” she said in a statement posted on her Facebook page on Monday, July 22.

Additionally, information can be reported to the nearest police station, the Iskandar Puteri IPD hotline at 019-2792095, or the Operations Room hotline at 07-2212999.

Khairin-Nisa emphasized the Johor State Government’s commitment to addressing cases of missing children with the utmost seriousness. “This case is deeply troubling. I urge parents, guardians, and the community to remain vigilant and prioritize the safety of children at all times,” she added.

Albertine was last seen around 8:30 pm on Saturday, July 20, during the Bon Odori Japanese festival at Eco Galleria. She is described as being approximately 120cm tall with long hair and was last wearing a white Mickey Mouse T-shirt.
