Shaping Selangor’s City Of The Future

SHAH ALAM: Urban transformation plays a crucial role in ensuring that Selangor continues to grow as a progressive, competitive and sustainable state to meet the needs of future generations.

In line with this aspiration, PKNS, through the development of SA Sentral, is set to realise an integrated future-ready city on a site spanning approximately 145 acres (58.68 hectares) in Section 14, Shah Alam, which has direct access to the public transport network via the LRT3 Dato’ Menteri Station.

This development is planned to support the formation of a more modern, dynamic city centre that is responsive to changing lifestyles and the needs of urban communities.

SA Sentral combines various development components, including commercial spaces, community facilities, recreational areas and a public transport network within a single complementary ecosystem. This approach aims to enhance the quality of urban life while promoting more balanced and sustainable growth.

In addition to strengthening Shah Alam’s city centre function, this development also emphasises the reactivation of existing city assets, the improvement of public spaces and the strengthening of connections between development areas and public transport facilities.
