PM Anwar Urges Stronger Grassroots Coordination in Meeting with 4B Youth Movement Leaders

PUTRAJAYA, Nov 6: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim today received a courtesy visit from the leadership of Gerakan Belia 4B Malaysia, led by its Chairman Mohd Ridhwan Mohd Ali, to discuss potential strategic collaborations with the Federal Government aimed at strengthening the national youth agenda.

During the meeting, the Prime Minister emphasized the importance of fostering unity and enhancing coordination between the 4B Youth Movement and grassroots youth groups to ensure the organization remains relevant, impactful, and aligned with the aspirations of Malaysia’s younger generation.

Anwar highlighted that youth organizations such as Gerakan Belia 4B play a pivotal role as drivers of national progress, and their empowerment must be closely linked with the government’s broader development agenda.

He also urged the movement to ensure that all future planning and initiatives are well-aligned with the Ministry of Youth and Sports and other relevant agencies to guarantee comprehensive, effective, and inclusive implementation.

The meeting reflects the government’s ongoing commitment to engage with youth organizations and strengthen their role in nation-building through collaboration, innovation, and community-based empowerment.
