KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 19: His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim and Her Majesty Raja Zarith Sofiah, the King and Queen of Malaysia, have extended their heartfelt Ramadan greetings to Muslims across the nation as the holy month begins today.

In a message shared on the King’s official Facebook page, Their Majesties encouraged Muslims to fully embrace the spiritual significance of Ramadan by increasing acts of worship, strengthening unity among the people, and promoting a spirit of mutual help and compassion.

Their Majesties also prayed for Malaysia’s continued blessings and prosperity, expressing hope that all citizens will live in peace, harmony, and well-being throughout the sacred month.

Muslims in Malaysia began fasting today, marking the start of Ramadan, a month dedicated to spiritual reflection, self-discipline, and acts of charity.
