KUALA LUMPUR: The Lembah Pantai Development Action Council held yesterday has proven to be an excellent platform for bringing together various parties, according to Communication Minister Fahmi Fadzil.

According to the Wilayahku portal, the Lembah Pantai Member of Parliament stated that this Development Action Council is the first of its kind at the parliamentary level.

He explained that the program was organized to highlight development agendas and efforts to sustain the Lembah Pantai parliamentary area.

“This action council serves as an ideal platform to gather various stakeholders, including developers, leaders, local residents, and experts, to discuss the issues faced by the community in terms of development,” he said on Facebook.

Additionally, Fahmi mentioned that he would forward the minutes of this meeting to Kuala Lumpur Mayor Datuk Seri Dr. Maimunah Mohd Sharif and Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territories) Dr. Zaliha Mustafa.

He said this is for the purpose of considering the issues discussed during the meeting.

“God willing, I hope that the Lembah Pantai Development Action Council can be held several times each year.

“This will allow us to address emerging issues, especially those related to development,” he added.
