Karnival Jom Heboh returns to Terengganu: Don’t miss out this week!
KUALA LUMPUR: The highly anticipated Karnival Jom Heboh (KJH) kicks off today at the Terengganu Sports Complex in Kuala Nerus, offering a range of thrilling activities and family-friendly entertainment over the next three days.
Recognized as the Longest-Running Field Event by The Malaysia Book Of Records (MBOR) for its impressive 20-year history, KJH makes a return to Terengganu after a two-year hiatus.
Since its inception in 2003, KJH has garnered tremendous response from attendees. This year, the carnival has already made stops in Sarawak, Putrajaya, and Melaka, each attracting over 300,000 visitors.
From now until August 3, attendees in Terengganu can explore booths from Studio Tonton Drama Sangat, Studio Jom Heboh, The New Straits Times Press Berhad, Hot FM, and Kool 101.
The event will feature appearances and performances by prominent celebrities such as Sophia Albarakbah, Hazama, Aiman Hakim, and more. Additionally, TikTok Creators will be present in collaboration with the TikTok Awards, scheduled for August 11.
One of the highlights is the lucky draw at Studio Tonton Drama Sangat, where visitors have a chance to win various exciting prizes, including a 65″ Samsung Smart TV as the grand prize each day. To enter, visitors can register as new members and subscribe to the Tonton plan.
This year’s KJH in Terengganu will also include educational and Islamic programs, such as Program Selawat Perdana (August 1), Program Akustika Jom Heboh, and Malam Senandung Jom Heboh (August 2 & 3), featuring well-known local artists like Naim Daniel, Black Hanafiah, Ameng Spring, Tomok, Joey BPR, and others.
New attractions at the event include the NSTP ‘Petting Zoo’, the Vocket Street Soccer Tournament ‘1vs1’, and Jom Kreatif @ Galeri Prima. Participants can win up to RM500 in cash and special edition jerseys from Vocket. Register by visiting https://bolajalanan.thevocket.com/ or scanning the QR code.
The NSTP ‘Petting Zoo’ will showcase 26 types of animals for family enjoyment, while Jom Kreatif @ Galeri Prima offers creative art activities using recycled materials.
