Female Teacher Found Dead at School

HULU SELANGOR: A female teacher was found unconscious at a school in this district yesterday before being confirmed dead while receiving treatment at the hospital.

Hulu Selangor District Police Chief, Superintendent M. Manimaran said his department received an emergency call regarding the incident through the MERS 999 line at approximately 7.15 am.

According to him, the victim, who is a teacher, was taken to Kuala Kubu Bharu Hospital, but was confirmed dead while receiving treatment at the Emergency Unit.

“Acting on information received, a police team rushed to the scene at approximately 8.20 am.

“Initial investigation found that the victim was found in the teachers’ room located on the first floor of the school,” he said in a statement today.

He said further investigations are still being conducted to complete the investigation process.
