PUTRAJAYA: Senegal’s Minister of African Integration and Foreign Affairs, Yassine Fall, has arrived in Malaysia for a two-day official visit from August 11 to 12, aimed at strengthening the growing partnership between the two nations.

The visit is in return for Malaysian Foreign Minister Dato’ Seri Utama Haji Mohamad bin Haji Hasan’s trip to Senegal in May 2024.

During her stay, Minister Yassine Fall is scheduled to pay a courtesy call on Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim before meeting with Foreign Minister Mohamad, who will also host a luncheon in her honor.

Both foreign ministers are expected to review the progress of bilateral cooperation, with particular focus on trade and the economy, education, healthcare, the halal industry, and capacity building.
