After meeting with senior White House Middle East aides and stating the same thing, he says, “The agreements, the papers, the proposals, the numbers [UN Security Council Resolution] 1509, 1701 — all these have their place, but they are not the main thing.”

“Despite all the pressures and limitations, the most important thing is our ability and unwavering resolve to maintain security, prevent attacks against us, and take necessary action against our enemies’ armaments.”

Speaking on Iran, the prime minister states: “Israel has more freedom of action in Iran now than ever before, notwithstanding the brave statements of the regime’s officials. If necessary, we may travel to any location in Iran.

Netanyahu went on to say that the “total victory concept” served as the basis for the war against the Iranian axis. Still, he refrained from making any predictions about when it would be over.

The prime minister claims that more than half of the hostages who were still held by Hamas in Gaza have gone back to their homes and that efforts are underway to ensure the safety of the other ones, but that these discussions will remain confidential.
