Undang Yang Empat, Tunku Nadzaruddin Leave Balai Undang Sungei Ujong

SEREMBAN: The Undang of Luak Sungei Ujong, Tunku Besar Tampin and Tunku Nadzaruddin Almarhum Tuanku Ja’afar left the Official Residence and Balai Undang Sungei Ujong in Ampangan here today.

An observation at the scene found that the vehicle carrying Tunku Nadzaruddin left the premises, followed by the other ruling chiefs.

The vehicle was also escorted by police officers as it left the area. Shortly afterwards, police personnel stationed around the residence also departed.

Earlier, the media reported that police had begun securing the area around the Official Residence and Balai Undang Sungei Ujong this morning.

The development came as Menteri Besar Datuk Ismail Lasim, members of the State Executive Council (EXCO) and several State Legislative Assembly members were scheduled to meet Tunku Nadzaruddin.

However, the meeting, which was scheduled to take place at the Tuanku Ja’afar Royal Gallery, was cancelled due to security concerns.
