63 Athletes from Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya compete in the 21st Sarawak Para SUKMA

KUALA LUMPUR: A total of 63 athletes from Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya will compete for medals at the 21st Sarawak Para Sports Malaysia (SUKMA).

According to the Wilayahku portal, the Minister at the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territories), Dr. Zaliha Mustafa, stated that on September 19, she will be with the Para SUKMA athletes at a send-off ceremony before they fly to Sarawak.

“Welcoming the new Director of the Federal Territories Youth and Sports Department, Sabran Abd Bahar, and his delegation.

“Among the discussions was the upcoming Para SUKMA Sarawak event, which will take place from September 22 to 28.

“A total of 63 athletes from Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya will compete for the medals on offer,” she said on Facebook.

Zaliha also wished good luck to all the athletes from Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya who will be competing in the Para SUKMA Sarawak.

The 21st Sarawak Para SUKMA will be held from September 22 to 28.

This event will see the participation of 1,290 para-athletes, consisting of 982 male para-athletes and 308 female para-athletes.
