Together, Ning, Joanne, and Shazmin create a humorous “Wow Show”

KUALA LUMPUR: In a brand-new comedy programme that launches in August, well-known R&B icon Ning Baizura will bring out her witty side. 

She will also be collaborating for the first time on a two-hour comedy show celebrating Malaysian women called The Wow Show Live, alongside well-known radio personality Shazmin Shamsuddin and legendary comedian Joanne Kam. 

This event promises a night of hilarious jokes and humour that pushes boundaries. It will be held at the Petaling Jaya Performing Arts Centre (PJPAC) in 1 Utama Shopping Centre on August 9 and 10, daily at 8.30 p.m. 

Ning, Shazmin, and Kam will conduct a “women-on-women” comedy event where they will engage audiences in heart-to-heart, no-holds-barred, and life-changing conversations. The show will also feature snappy repartees and lighthearted social commentary on modern women’s romantic lives.

The Wow Show Live’s razor-sharp wit and uninhibited humour are sure to have audiences in stitches. 

After a ten-year break, Ning will release her newest single and serenade fans with her recently reworked popular songs. 

Actors Sheikh Irfan Mansor and Izzaldin K of Cinderella fame, as well as well-known stand-up comedians Shamaine Othman, Papi Zak, and Kael, are joining in on the fun.
