The number of flood victims in Sabah continues to increase

KUALA LUMPUR: The number of flood victims in Sabah continued to rise to 503 people from 145 families as of Wednesday morning.

According to Astro Awani, all of them were placed in four temporary transfer centers (PPS) involving four districts.

According to the flood disaster information website of the Social Welfare Department (JKM), a total of 296 victims from 97 families were accommodated at the PPS Dewan Kebudayaan Penampang.

In addition, 156 victims from 34 families are at Dewan Sri Putatan while 33 victims from nine families are at PPS SK Selupoh and another 18 victims from five families at Kampung Bontoi Tamparuli.
