Syria’s state news service says Israel is “aggressively” going after the countryside of Homs

The Syrian state news agency said on Tuesday that early reports show that Israel “aggressively” attacked two towns in the northern and western parts of Homs province.
Before, Syrian state TV reported hearing explosions close to Homs city and said they were investigating the cause.
Israel launched attacks on targets in Syria linked to Iran years ago. However, since Hamas-led terrorists attacked southern Israel on October 7, 2023, the frequency of these raids has increased.
