SEREMBAN: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim concluded his programme in Negeri Sembilan with a visit to a local restaurant, where he took time to engage directly with members of the public and small business operators on issues affecting their daily lives.

Stopping for lunch at Restoran Ombong Salai, Anwar held casual conversations with customers and traders, discussing challenges related to the rising cost of living, current business conditions and other pressing concerns faced by communities on the ground.

The prime minister said the MADANI government remains committed to strengthening initiatives aimed at easing the burden on the people and supporting small businesses amid increasingly challenging economic conditions.

He stressed that the government would continue listening closely to public concerns to ensure that national development progresses in line with the welfare and well-being of the rakyat.

Anwar added that every voice from the grassroots would continue to receive attention as part of the government’s efforts to build a more inclusive and people-centred administration.

The visit reflected the government’s ongoing approach of engaging directly with communities to better understand real-life challenges faced by ordinary Malaysians.
