Masjidilharam Provides Religious Inquiry Service in 11 Languages

MAKKAH: The Presidency of Religious Affairs provides an inquiry service for Umrah pilgrims and visitors to the Grand Mosque, offering guidance on religious rulings related to worship in 11 languages through dedicated toll-free telephone lines, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

As part of the institution’s advisory services, the service helps international pilgrims obtain clarification on acts of worship and religious rulings in their respective native languages to ensure that their religious obligations are performed properly.

The institution provides two toll-free numbers, 8001222100 and 8001222400, allowing pilgrims to contact the service directly.

The service complements the smart technologies and digital platforms used throughout the Grand Mosque to answer religious inquiries in 11 languages.
