Malaysia Day celebration at Taman Pelangi Semenyih 2 is festive, strengthening community ties
KAJANG: The Malaysia Day celebration at Taman Pelangi Semenyih 2 was vibrant, featuring various activities that strengthened community ties.
Among the activities organized were a marching band competition and fun games.
This program is a noble effort by the Residents’ Association of Taman Pelangi Semenyih 2 to commemorate the formation of Malaysia on September 16, 1963.
The event received full support and sponsorship from FX Francis Group.
The main goal of the program was to foster goodwill among local residents from various ethnic backgrounds.
This is the second year that FX Francis Group has sponsored a similar program, and the turnout from residents this time was significantly better than last year.
All activities saw full participation from the residents.
The event held in conjunction with Malaysia Day also aimed to strengthen relationships among residents in the Rafflesia S1 area and Taman Pelangi Semenyih 2, Semenyih, Selangor.
According to the Chairman of the Residents’ Association of Taman Pelangi Semenyih 2, Mohd Tarmizi Lumri, the celebration organized yesterday received an extraordinary response.
He expressed gratitude to all parties involved in making the program a success.
Tarmizi hopes that such programs can continue in the future to strengthen relationships among residents.
Meanwhile, the Chairman of Rafflesia S1 Residents’ Association, Mohd Faizazli Mohd Anuar, stated that the program is an important initiative to foster a spirit of unity within the community.
The organizing committee from FX Francis Business Group was represented by Mr. Francis.
FX Francis Group, in collaboration with the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) and the Fire Department, also extended their thanks to all parties that supported the program.
The Malaysia Day program at Taman Pelangi Semenyih 2 not only reinforced neighborhood relations but also symbolized the ongoing unity within the multicultural and diverse community.
Attractive prizes were also provided for all residents who participated.
