K-Drama Heartthrob Lee Soo-hyuk Arrives in KL, to Meet Fans at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur on July 16KUALA LUMPUR, July 15 – South Korean superstar Lee Soo-hyuk has arrived in Malaysia, creating a frenzy among local fans who gathered at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA1) to welcome the model-turned-actor. Lee landed at around 5pm on Tuesday (July 14), marking his first-ever visit to the country.

Best known for his roles in hit dramas and movies like Pipeline, the charismatic star is in town for the Galaxy Unfolds Roadshow, an exclusive event organised in collaboration with Tonton, TV3, and Samsung Malaysia.

Lee will be making a special public appearance on Wednesday (July 16) at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur’s main concourse, where fans can catch him in person from 3.30pm to 7.30pm. The event will feature exclusive photo opportunities, giveaways, and a chance for fans to interact with the actor himself.

This visit coincides with the highly anticipated launch of Lee’s latest thriller web series S LINE, premiering the same day on Tonton, Malaysia’s leading video streaming platform. The series will air new episodes every Friday at 10pm.

S LINE, which first premiered in South Korea on July 11 via Wavve, is based on the popular webtoon by kkomabi and is helmed by director Ahn Joo-young. Set in a near-future world where people’s past sexual relationships are visibly linked through a glowing red “S Line,” the series blends sci-fi, mystery, and psychological drama. Lee Soo-hyuk stars alongside Lee Da-hee and Arin in a storyline that delves into disturbing truths, secrets, and complex human connections.

The drama has already received international attention, having been invited to compete at the 8th edition of Canneseries.

Speaking through a press statement, Lee expressed his excitement about meeting his Malaysian fans for the very first time and thanked everyone for the warm welcome. His arrival was also broadcast live on TV3 and Tonton, further fuelling Fans are advised to arrive early at Pavilion KL to secure a good spot and be part of this unforgettable fan meet.
