Karya Bestari published the book “Rise with the Quran: Bounce Back Better”
Four authors inspired Karya Bestari, Karangkraf, to write Bounce Back Better, a new inspirational book that reveals the resurrection from life’s hardships based on the Quran.
According to Dr. Alizi Alias, a psychological consultant and one of the Quran’s writers, many people remain unaware that the Quran and Hadith contain numerous suggestions on mental health treatment, particularly when faced with issues and emotional disturbances.
“We don’t want people to view Islam negatively, particularly when it comes to the topics of halal, haram, heaven, and hell. This book has a lot of guidance that speaks to people’s hearts and emotions.
Following the book launch ceremony of Bounce Back Better: Bangkit dengan al-Quran, which took place on Sunday at the Setia Alam Convention Centre in conjunction with the Selangor International Book Festival (SIBF) 2024, he told Sinar Harian, “Bounce Back Better brings together guides and reveals how the stories of the Quran and hadith educate us to interpret trials as opportunities to build faith.”
Izzat Izhar Muhammad Nasir, the Chief Operating Officer of the Karangkraf Book Group (GBK), and Danial Al-Rashid Haron Aminar Rashid, the State Assemblyman (ADUN) for Batu Tiga, Shah Alam, Selangor, also attended the launch.
According to Dr. Rozanizam Zakaria, the author and a child and adolescent psychiatrist, one in three citizens of this nation suffers from mental health conditions like stress, “burnout,” mild melancholy, anxiety, and so on.
According to him, one out of every six kids has a mental health issue.
“We must realize that children do not just suffer from anxiety, sadness, and other similar conditions; many do. In addition to mental disease, the health problem is more comprehensive and encompasses social, emotional, and learning development, among other aspects.
“The research also revealed that 10% of youngsters have suicidal thoughts and intentions. As early as age 14, 50% of adults begin to have mental health problems. Seventy-five percent begin at age 15. This problem arises in school, at home, or both. In addition to treatment, family social interactions are a key component in preventing this problem. He answered, “Learn from the Quran; Bounce Back Better is the guide.”
Author Hajar Hidayati asserts that when faced with overwhelming adversity, people must find true strength and serenity, as if they lack the will to overcome them.
It is obvious that the Quran, the remedy that calms the Prophet Muhammad SAW’s heart, contains the key to steadfastness and teaches us how to get back up on our feet with confidence and hope.
Find everlasting inspiration in the light of revelation and rise stronger with genuine resolve and hope. “It’s okay to fall, as long as you get back up,” he remarked. “It’s better not to be bitter.”
The book Bounce Back Better: Bangkit dengan al-Quran will be available to the public at the Karangkraf booth during SIBF 2024, as well as on all Karangkraf Mall shopping platforms, such as the website, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok, in addition to local bookshops.
