From Sekijang to Putrajaya is not an easy process, said Zaliha
KUALA LUMPUR: The journey from Sekijang to Putrajaya is not an easy one and it requires significant responsibility, said Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territories), Dr. Zaliha Mustafa.
According to the portal Wilayahku, she noted that it has now been two years since her victory as the Member of Parliament for Sekijang.
She mentioned that this was followed by her service as Malaysia’s Minister of Health, and she is currently serving as Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department overseeing the Federal Territories.
“I certainly could not perform my duties well without the support and backing of a team that must also understand my demands as a Member of Parliament and a Federal Minister.
“Therefore, the retreat for the Minister’s Office in Kulai, Johor, is timely for my team members from various backgrounds, including drivers, bodyguards, media teams, and implementers up to the officer level, to refresh and recall why they are here.
“This retreat also aims to understand each other’s roles in ensuring that the best services are provided to the people. At the same time, it fosters team spirit through activities focused on realization and team bonding,” she said on Facebook.
Zaliha further emphasized that the responsibilities entrusted to her are serious, as they are crucial for ensuring political stability.
She stated that this is essential for maintaining peace and prosperity in the country, ensuring the well-being of the people is upheld.
“I have expectations of them, and they also have hopes for me.
“Our goals determine how we work,” she said.
Zaliha expressed her hope that this retreat will teach them to come to terms with their destinies.
“This is because we are among the chosen ones to be here, and we must embody why Allah has chosen us to be here,” she added.
