Puteri Sarah embraces moving forward, no plans to reignite past relationships

KUALA LUMPUR: “I prefer to find someone new.”

This is how actress Puteri Sarah Liyana Kamaruddin plans to approach her search for a partner, according to a Harian Metro report. The 38-year-old actress made it clear that she has no intention of rekindling past relationships as she navigates her singlehood.

Although she has been divorced for a year, Puteri Sarah has not yet found her ideal match. She remains open to the possibility of a new relationship but emphasizes that she will not force it.

“If I am meant to remarry and find the right person, I am open to that. Being young and human, it would be nice to have a partner,” she said. “However, if I am destined to stay single, I am also content with that.”

Puteri Sarah was previously married to filmmaker Syamsul Yusof from March 8, 2014, to June 14, 2023. She also expressed her appreciation for the continued close relationship she maintains with her former in-laws, Datuk Yusof Haslam and Datin Patimah Ismail.
