PETALING JAYA: Rafizi Ramli has submitted additional documents and video recordings to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) as part of an ongoing investigation linked to a RM1.1 billion investment deal involving Arm Holdings.

According to MACC senior investigations director Datuk Mohd Hafaz Nazar, the materials were handed over voluntarily during a session held on Thursday afternoon. The evidence reportedly included printed documents and video files stored on a USB flash drive, believed to contain information relevant to the investigation.

“The submission was made voluntarily and is intended to assist the ongoing investigation involving the company,” Mohd Hafaz said in a statement.

He added that investigators also recorded additional statements from Rafizi during the session, which concluded at approximately 1.30pm.

Speaking to reporters earlier, Rafizi said he believed the meeting would likely be his final session with the anti-graft agency regarding the matter. He also confirmed that part of the submitted material included media reports connected to the investment agreement.

The investigation continues as authorities review the newly submitted evidence related to allegations of abuse of power and misconduct surrounding the high-value investment deal.
