JOHOR BARU: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has asked those who claim he has “billions of ringgit” hidden in Africa to show proof.
He stated that he would not comment further until there was evidence to support the claims being made.
“Should I answer all thousand of these claims if there were a thousand of them?”

“Show proof (if the claims are true) If not, it will become a place where lies grow. His words to reporters after a talk with trainees at the Temenggong Ibrahim teacher education school here on Friday (April 24): “I have a lot of other work to do.”

In response to a video circulating on social media, Anwar made these statements. In it, a woman said the prime minister had billions of dollars hidden away in Africa.

Ahmad Fadhli Shaari, the head of information for PAS, shared the video again and said that the country was being run by someone who is “highly dangerous” if the claims are true.
The Prime Minister said that the state would handle the royal problem in Negri Sembilan, which is a different matter.

It’s quiet in Negeri Sembilan. He said, “Let them handle it with their state’s laws and their wit.”

They signed a statement on April 19 saying they wanted to remove Yang di-Pertuan Besar Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir because he had done something wrong. The four leaders were Mubarak, Undang of Jelebu Datuk Maarof Mat Rashad, Undang of Johol Datuk Muhammed Abdullah, and Undang of Rembau Datuk Abdul Rahim Yasin.

Also, everyone agreed that Tunku Nadzaruddin Tuanku Ja’afar, who is the Panglima of Negri Sembilan, should be the 12th Yang di-Pertuan Besar.

The Palace hasn’t said anything about it in public, but Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun has said that he doesn’t think the attempt to remove Tuanku Muhriz is valid, suggesting that there may be political motivations behind the attempt that are not being publicly addressed.
